“But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you” (Matthew 12:28).
Every human being on earth is a citizen of either God’s kingdom of light or Satan’s kingdom of darkness. Our only means of making the transition from kingdom of darkness to light is Christ Jesus: God’s truthful Light revealed unto mankind (John 8:12, 9:5).
God’s kingdom has come to mankind through Christ and His will is being done on earth as it is in heaven. The question is are you a partaker of His kingdom of eternal life of peace, rest and joy? Will you be found to have been justified by the blood of Jesus and no longer subject to the consequences of sin, which is death when Christ’s long awaited Judgement Day against the kingdom of darkness finally arrives? Or will you be deemed guilty as charged because you believed Satan’s lies when you had the chance to reject it and rejected God’s truth when you had the chance to accept it?
Whether you believe it or not, Christ the King of kings is coming soon to judge the world. And it is unwise to keep putting off making the all important transition from darkness to light and avoid perishing forever in the bottomless pit of darkness. Time is flying by day by day and now is the time to step out of Satan’s sinful cobweb and darkness kingdom for tomorrow might be just too late. Let go of your stubborn will, surrender all to Jesus Christ so, He can readily approve you as His saint at His Second Coming. Repent today if you are yet to give your life to Christ, who is God’s own Righteousness revealed (Jeremiah 23:5-6), and secure your place permanently in God’s eternal life kingdom of peace, rest and joy.
Understand the signs of our time and be mindful of Scriptural warnings. Don’t be caught unawares when the final trumpet blows and Jesus with His hosts of heavenly saints and holy angels unexpectedly shows up to judge the whole spirit world.
2 Peter 3:1-14
“This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance:
That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,
And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.
For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:
But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.
Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,
Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?
Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless”.
